Questions

Pricing FAQ

What's the real difference between Free and Business?
Free is for making and selling: log your recipes and batches, track cost and margin, and record sales so you always know your profit. Business is for running a registered, growing business on top of that — issuing proper VAT invoices, keeping customer accounts and compliance records, seeing the full financial picture, and working as a team. The line isn't 'can you use the app' — it's 'are you running this as a business yet'.
Can I stay on Free forever?
Yes. Free is a genuinely complete product for a solo maker — recipes, batches, readings, inventory, costing and quick sell — with no time limit and no card required. You move up only when you need invoices, customer accounts, full reports or a team.
Can I really sell on the Free plan?
Yes. Free includes Quick sell: pick a product, enter units and price, and your stock goes down while the revenue flows into your money overview. What Business adds is the commercial side — named customers, VAT invoices and proformas, and the detailed reports built on them.
Do you handle alcohol excise duty?
Yes — excise duty and tax tracking are part of Business, so a brewery, cidery or distillery can run its whole registered operation on one plan.
Is there a trial for Business?
There's no need for one — the Free plan is your open-ended trial. Use the app for as long as you like, and when you need the Business features, upgrade in one click and they're on immediately. No countdown, no card until you decide.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes — paying annually is €590/year for Business, which works out to two months free.
